Tom is a full-time, dedicated agent who has lived in the Windsor/Essex Community his entire life. Tom has been married to his wife Karen since 1984 and together that have raised 2 daughters (Kate and Sarah). Tom epitomizes integrity, unmatched energy and a passion for old school business acumen. Even though the real estate business has immersed itself in all of the latest emerging technologies, and Tom aggressively utilizes these technologies, he still understands the value of talking to people daily, he answers his own phone and responds to clients personally.
Tom’s diligence in anticipating a client’s every need, logically explaining each step of their transaction, and responding quickly to calls and emails has gained him a reputation for making each buyer or seller feel as if they were his only client. A skilled negotiator, Tom enjoys navigating through the intricacies of each transaction. Where some might see problems, he sees opportunities for resolution. Tom attributes part of his success to determination, drive and the self imposed responsibility to protect his clients.
Whether dealing with a first time buyer, a luxury home seller, or anyone in between, Tom respects the fact that their home investment plays a significant role in their financial and emotional lives. To assist them, he relies on his experience, his continual study of changes in the market, and the additional knowledge gained from taking specialized classes to add to his skills and understanding of specific clients needs.
